Misty
ADOPTED TO HER FOREVER HOME
Misty, aka Glenrose Mist, is quite the beautiful 4-year-old red fawn female born February 3, 2005. Her sire is Dodgem By Design, making her grand sire the late famous Gable Dodge, and her dam is Bellanjade. There are no races to her credit listed on Greyhound-Data.com. GALT received Misty as an owner release to a shelter. She is one talented girl – just look at those ears! Misty is not cat tolerant. We will test her with small dogs at a later time.
From Misty’s Foster family:
Misty, known to her foster parents as “Misty Rose” (love those southern names), is just as her pictures show...always smiling, and always with one ear cocked! Misty Rose is our “punk” girl, based on the wisps of hair on her shoulders – they will be gone soon, and we will miss them.
Misty always has a smile on her face, and loves everyone! If it is not the helicopter tail, then it is back and forth, back and forth. She is a toy-a-holic and will play, play, play, but she is wonderful at sharing her toys. She loves to retrieve! Misty loves playing with her foster siblings, but is content it seems to create her own play with toys and kongs. She does love the interaction of humans also.
Misty has had no accidents in the house, and instinctively knows to go outside. She crates very well, and sleeps at night on a pillow beside the bed without disturbing her other 3 foster mates.
Misty Rose is one special girl, and would be an excellent addition to any family.
