Trudie
ADOPTED TO HER FOREVER HOME!
Trudie, aka Dawn Fox, is a beautiful, red, 1½-year-old female with striking black markings born March 8, 2007. Her sire is Teamster, making her grand sire the famous Molotov, and her dam is Grey’s Tackle. Trudie is a littermate to Terry. Trudie has no races to her credit, as she was definitely not interested in competing. Trudie is slowly getting used to the retired life and gets along well with the other greyhounds in her foster home.
Trudie’s cat test:
Trudie showed very little interest in the cat. Understanding that she’s a shy girl, we gave the test some time. Finally when the cat was up on the dryer Trudie put her nose up to check out the cat. She and the cat touched noses and that’s all they needed to be OK with each other. As always, we advise close supervision when introducing a new dog to a cat household, and continuing to observe as they get more comfortable with their new surroundings and family. We will see how Trudie does with small dogs if necessary.
