Spot, BP Backinmyprime, is a handsome, black and white, 6-year-old male born March 27, 2004. His sire is Hi Ho Silver, and his dam is Dzmargaritaville. Spot has 99 races to his credit on Greyhound-data.com, starting October 17, 2005, at Southland Race Track in West Memphis, AR, moving to Valley Race Park in Harlingen, TX, and finishing at Corpus Christi, TX on May 30, 2007. He was turned into the Tri-Cities Shelter as an owner release. His whereabouts these last 2½ years are unknown. Spot is not cat or small dog tolerant.
Spot is a sweet, even-tempered, happy boy. He loves to eat, sleep, play with toys, and then eat some more! He is constantly taking stuffed toys out of the basket and tossing them around. He does destroy the squeakers pretty quickly, but doesn't chew the toys apart.
Spot is crated when I'm away from home. He is great in the crate, but he is also fine if left out in the house. He loves to go for walks several times a day and is a great on leash.
Spot gets along well with other dogs and has even befriended a miniature Schnauzer. He probably wouldn't mind being an only dog because he wants to get all the attention. He loves to put his front paws up on the couch or bed and tuck his head under my arm. As big as he is, he doesn't seem to understand how to jump, so he is never up on the furniture.
